Under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, the Authority may issue Business to Business (B2B) gambling licences which authorise the licensee to sell or supply (either directly or indirectly) and advertise for sale, a gambling product or gambling related service.
Gambling Product
Any machine (including a gaming machine), equipment or software used, constructed or adapted for or in connection with gambling.
Gambling Related Service
Any service provided for the operation of a gambling activity, including
Odds to licensees.
Online hosting service.
Support and maintenance which is indispensable to its operation.
Risk management services.
Fraud management services.
Services to implement measures to protect and safeguard participants.
The installation, maintenance or upgrading of software.
Any other services the Authority prescribes.
B2B licensees will be required to demonstrate that their gambling products meet approved standards that will be set by the Authority.
