Update: Walk for Greyhounds date confirmed for Sautrday, Sept. 21st.
Greyhound Rescue Association Ireland regrets to inform our supporters that due to increased security in Dublin City Centre relating to the G8 Summit, the Gardaí have advised us that Walk for Greyhounds is unable to go ahead as planned on 16 June. The Gardai are advising that all events are cancelled on this date.
Everyone at GRAI are extremely disappointed to hear this news and we are in discussions with Dublin City Council to set a new date for the Walk. It is likely
Greyhound Rescue Association Ireland wishes to thank all of our volunteers and supporters for their continued work in spreading the word that Greyhounds make great pets and we hope to see you all at the rescheduled event in September!
