A campaign has been launched to stop greyhound racing being developed in India with the set up of a new proposed greyhound track in Punja. If commercial greyhound racing were set up in India it is inevitable that many thousands of greyhounds will suffer and die as a result.
GRAI, along with many other animal welfare organisations are urging their supporters to sign the petition below and to lodge a protest with the Prime Minister of India on his website and with the Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal by emailing secretarydcm@gmail.com.
